When will I receive my first box?

All boxes are dispatched on the 27th of each month. However, if you order before the 20th, your first box will be shipped immediately and then subsequent boxes will be shipped on the 27th of each month.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged when you place your order. Once we dispatch your first box, we will adjust your renewal date to the 25th of each month (as this is the cut off point for boxes shipped on the 27th). Take a look at the below example:

Order placed: 2nd March
1st box shipped: 3rd March
Renewal adjusted to 25th March
Subsequent boxes shipped: 27th of each month

Can I tailor my box?

We currently offer 3 types of boxes, each are detailed below:

Classic Box: Our standard box containing a variety of 10+ items

Caffeine Free Box: Same as the Classic but with no items containing caffeine

Lite Box: Our smaller box containing 6+ items

I've not received my box?

When we dispatch your box, our partnered courier will send you an email with tracking information, please have a look for this email, alternatively, contact us via the form here.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We use both Royal Mail and MyHermes as our couriers on a 2-3 day delivery.

Do you sell any other supplements?

Although we don’t offer full sized tubs of protein powder or boxes of protein bars on our site, we do have access to the largest wholesalers and distributors throughout Europe and would be more than happy to get our subscribers a price on any supplements they require!

How can I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the ‘My Account’ section of the website 21 days after the subscription start date.
